Services

Rebuilding Together Kansas City strives to transform the homes and lives of veterans, low-income families, seniors, and people with disabilities. We have two programs that help us to accomplish this mission: Rebuilding Day and Safe at Home.

Rebuilding Day is our annual, one-day rebuilding blitz that utilizes hundreds of volunteers on the first Saturday of October. This is the day when we complete most of our home rehabilitation projects.

Safe at Home is our year-round home safety modification program. Our Project Managers train and supervise Safe at Home Volunteers in completing safety modifications like: installing grab bars, handrails, taller toilets, bathroom assistive devices, accessible showers, modified steps, and wheelchair ramps.

If you want to receive our services, go to the Apply for Aid tab on this website. If you want to volunteer with one of our programs, then contact us at 816.781.8985 or Info@RebuildingTogetherKC.org.
